A Washington CMO is doubling its manufacturing capacity, less than 5 years into its existence

Just three years into its existence, Selkirk Pharma has started the expansion of its 145,000-square-foot fill-finish facility in Spokane, WA. The CMO will nearly double its capacity, something it said was critical in a June 1 press release.

“Selkirk was founded two years prior to the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic with the intent to build a much-needed pharmaceutical manufacturing capacity on US soil,” CEO Patrick Haffey said in a statement. “Seeing 3 years of work come together in the construction of this building is an important milestone for our biopharmaceutical clients and their patients.”
