Apple’s ‘super secret’ plan to revolutionize diabetes care; Thiel’s Breakout Labs takes on 4 more startups

→ Just what is Apple up to? There have been several reports that the tech giant has a stealthy plan well under way to develop biosensors that can continually monitor the blood sugar of diabetics. → Four more startups have been admitted into the ranks of Peter Thiel’s Breakout Labs. The group provides up to $350,000 to help these companies launch, reports MedCity News.

→ Cambridge, MA-based Wave Life Sciences has raised $93 million through the sale of shares.
