As Aubrey de Grey investigation swirled, SENS CEO left foundation in July — report

A new development in the sexual harassment allegations against prominent anti-aging researcher Aubrey de Grey is shedding light on some of the reasons his two accusers came forward, per a STAT News report.

The CEO of SENS Research Foundation, Jim O’Neill, left his position and seat on the board in July amidst an investigation into de Grey, the report says. O’Neill’s departure reportedly proved part of the reason why Celine Halioua and Laura Deming, two entrepreneurs in the anti-aging space who have known de Grey for years, decided to go public with their allegations.
