Bellde­grun-backed re­al es­tate de­vel­op­ment group blue­prints a new biotech cam­pus — this time in Boul­der

Arie Bellde­grun’s biotech re­al es­tate de­vel­op­ment group has got a new cam­pus project lined up. And this time he and his part­ners are go­ing off the beat­en in­dus­try trail a bit with a de­vel­op­ment project in Boul­der, CO.

Break­through Prop­er­ties, a joint ven­ture of Tish­man Spey­er and Bell­co, has snapped up a 9.3-acre cam­pus with four build­ings that will un­der­go a makeover as “Boul­der 38 by Break­through” — fea­tur­ing 164,000 square feet of of­fice, lab and flex space.
