Just over a week away from the FDA’s first ad­vi­so­ry com­mit­tee meet­ing to dis­cuss pos­si­ble emer­gency au­tho­riza­tion of a Covid-19 vac­cine, the CDC con­clud­ed in a near­ly unan­i­mous vote who should be first in line to get jabbed.

In a 13-1 vote, the cen­ter’s Ad­vi­so­ry Com­mit­tee on Im­mu­niza­tion Prac­tices de­cid­ed health care work­ers and pa­tients in long-term care fa­cil­i­ties should be the first to get in­oc­u­lat­ed, the Boston Globe re­port­ed.
