Covid-19 roundup: Moderna removed signs around its manufacturing plant — is it a target for hackers?
Moderna has been all over the news recently as it seeks to win the race to develop a Covid-19 vaccine. But there are apparently two places in which the company apparently doesn’t want its presence known — its Cambridge, MA headquarters, and its Norwood, MA manufacturing plant.
The biotech recently covered its sign in front of its Kendall Square building in what appears to be white shrink wrap, the Boston Globe reported Tuesday. When Globe reporters asked Moderna about the facade, the company couldn’t provide a clear answer.
