Eli Lilly and Boehringer Ingelheim urge women to become their own heart health advocates in new campaign
The heart failure market got a little more crowded last summer when Eli Lilly and Boehringer Ingelheim expanded the label on their blockbuster diabetes drug Jardiance. Now, the companies are teaming up to tell women — who often go misdiagnosed — to listen to their hearts.
Lilly and BI’s new “Hear Your Heart” campaign encourages women to prioritize heart health, especially Black and Latina women who are at a greater risk. The campaign website features facts about heart failure and videos from a heart failure patient and cardiologist.
