Ex-Kadmon consultant faces up to 20 years in prison following guilty plea over insider trading
A longtime Kadmon consultant pleaded guilty last week to a single count of securities fraud in connection to more than $360,000 in profits he made trading on insider knowledge of the company’s impending $1.9 billion Sanofi buyout.
Frank Glassner was arrested back in May in Novato, CA, where he lives and runs a consulting firm. Kadmon began working with him last July for executive compensation services related to its potential Sanofi acquisition.
