
Genentech's newest ad campaign calls out the systemic racism fueling US health inequities
Genentech wants to do more than just shine a light on the health inequities faced by Black and brown people. It wants to spur real change by looking at its root causes, and centers tough questions around that need for change in its new “Question Reality” campaign.
The campaign features a short one-minute film tracing the health system experiences of a Black woman from childhood through adulthood. It begins with a young girl asking, “Why didn’t the doctor believe me? Did I say something wrong?”
