Happify rebrands as Twill, weaving a new name for its expanded digital health and pharma business

Happify Health is changing its name to Twill to reflect its growth from its wellness app into a digital therapeutics company with pharma and healthcare industry partners.

Twill is metaphorical for those changes, chief strategy officer Chris Wasden said, first in referencing twill as a fabric and essentially threads that Twill is untangling in both the complexity of the healthcare industry as well as the company’s own myriad of products and services. The other metaphor relates to weaving — the new Twill is weaving a simple way to deliver digital patient care to people where, when and how they need it, he said.
