Kyowa Kirin bolsters campaign to close racial disparity gap in rare ‘lymphoma of the skin’

Racial disparities cut across healthcare specialties, but have long been more pronounced in dermatologic conditions. Kyowa Kirin has been working to change that for one rare cancer by amping awareness of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL), also known as lymphoma of the skin, that disproportionately affects African Americans.

This month it’s re-boosting the “Look Deeper at CTCL” campaign during Lymphoma Awareness Month with social media and digital posts aimed at raising awareness in the Black community.
