
mRNA for all: WHO establishes biomanufacturing training hub in Korea
The WHO and South Korea’s government on Wednesday unveiled a new global biomanufacturing training hub in Seoul that will help low- and middle-income countries train more people to produce vaccines, insulin, monoclonal antibodies and cancer treatments worldwide.
Korea’s government offered a large facility outside Seoul that is already carrying out biomanufacturing training for companies based in the country and will now expand its operations to accommodate trainees from other countries.
