No­vo Nordisk makes the case it’s more than We­govy in new cor­po­rate ad cam­paign

While so­cial me­dia is abuzz wit­th No­vo Nordisk’s di­a­betes and obe­si­ty med­i­cines Ozem­pic and We­govy, it’s prob­a­bly safe to say far few­er Tik­Tok­ers and In­sta­gram­mers know much about the com­pa­ny be­hind the drugs.

No­vo Nordisk wants to change that with the de­but of a first-ever, broad-scale cor­po­rate ad­ver­tis­ing cam­paign that pulls the cur­tain back on the com­pa­ny. Ini­tial­ly launched in late April, the US cam­paign is called “The Greats,” re­fer­ring to the pa­tients it serves, and it’s now ful­ly rolled out across con­nect­ed TV, so­cial me­dia, dig­i­tal and na­tion­al cin­e­ma ad­ver­tis­ing.
