Animal Crossing's new Omnipod Island includes custom outfits that players can download, complete with insulin pods.

Omnipod gets in the game with diabetes-themed island in ‘Animal Crossing’

In Omnipod Bay, people sport on-body diabetes pumps, hang out at the Podder Lounge and splash into the A-1 Sea – virtually, that is. The island is the newest destination inside the popular Animal Crossing video game. It was created by Omnipod maker Insulet in partnership with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) and input from people living with diabetes.

The idea behind the game is to not only accurately represent people with diabetes, but increase representation and destigmatize things like on-body pods.
