
Pfizer's Bourla and Moderna's Bancel saw compensation bumps in 2022
More Big Pharmas and hotly-watched biotechs have disclosed the total compensation figures for their executives, highlighting the pay packages of Covid-19 behemoths, insulin makers and rare disease drug developers.
Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla brought in $33.01 million, Moderna’s Stéphane Bancel racked up $19.36 million, Eli Lilly’s Dave Ricks lined up $21.398 million, Sanofi’s Paul Hudson snagged €10.718 million (about $11.38 million), Johnson & Johnson’s Joaquin Duato made $13.09 million, and the leader of Horizon Therapeutics, Tim Walbert, nabbed $20.1 million last year.
