Prominent Harvard professor in the hunt for $100M to back his anti-aging play
Harvard’s David Sinclair has set out to raise $100 million for his anti-aging startup Life Biosciences. And he has some prominent names among the backers.
Sinclair and a group of allies filed a Form D a few days ago with the SEC outlining the raise, which is coming a little more than a year after the biotech closed on a $50 million round. So far, they’ve come up with $18 million, according to the filing.
