The can­cer team work­ing un­der Mod­er­na’s Tal Zaks have been tin­ker­ing with var­i­ous com­bi­na­tions of mR­NA in mice to see how best they can use this tech­nol­o­gy to or­ches­trate an im­mune sys­tem at­tack. And to­day they’re high­light­ing a pre­clin­i­cal ro­dent study that in­di­cates they could be on a promis­ing path that’s tak­en them in­to hu­man tri­als.
