Vaccine czar Slaoui expects Moderna's first Covid-19 data to come 'probably next week,' plans for 20M immunizations in December
In one of his first public appearances since losing the election, President Donald Trump held a roughly half-hour press conference at the White House on Friday afternoon to claim victory for Operation Warp Speed — ahead of any actual vaccine approvals. And during Moncef Slaoui’s remarks, the OWS chief said that he expects Moderna’s first interim analysis of their closely-watched vaccine to come “shortly, probably next week.”
