Roy Cooper has been building a biotech manufacturing empire in his state, expanding beyond the Research Triangle and offering tax breaks to international companies. Now, a new project is in the works in the Triangle, and it comes with a $1 billion price tag.
A fledgling biotech hub in Morrisville will add another 1.5 million square feet of space for biotechs to house lab space and manufacturing.
