Updated: AstraZeneca wins last-minute injunction to temporarily stop former exec from starting GSK job
AstraZeneca has successfully sued to temporarily stop GSK from hiring one of its former employees, the Financial Times was among those to report.
The big British-Swedish drugmaker was granted an injunction from the UK’s High Court to stop its former head of investor relations, Chris Sheldon, from starting at GSK on Thursday. Sheldon had been hired to run GSK’s commercial portfolio after working at AstraZeneca for nearly 20 years.
