'Be­gin­ning of a broad­er loss': Phar­ma ex­ecs call reg­u­la­tors and leg­is­la­tors to ac­tion four months post-Roe

Four months af­ter the US Supreme Court hand­ed down its Dobbs de­ci­sion, over­turn­ing the right to an abor­tion, dozens of women across the phar­ma in­dus­try aren’t done fight­ing.

A group dubbed the Biotech Sis­ter­hood re­leased a let­ter on Mon­day call­ing for ac­tion to sup­port re­pro­duc­tive rights. The let­ter — signed by more than 200 biotech, phar­ma and in­vest­ment ex­ecs — urges com­pa­nies to sup­port em­ploy­ees and reg­u­la­tors to make re­pro­duc­tive care more eas­i­ly ac­ces­si­ble.
