Syneos Health inks deal with Microsoft to use AI technology
North Carolina-based Syneos Health has signed a deal with the big tech firm Microsoft to use its artificial intelligence technologies.
In a press release Monday, Syneos said it secured a multi-year agreement with the tech giant to use its Microsoft Azure services. Syneos has been using an analytics platform and machine learning to support its efforts in clinical trials and commercial programs.
“We believe it was the right time to kind of do an enterprise-wide effort to allow our customers to benefit from AI,” said Baba Shetty, the president of technology and data solutions at Syneos, in an interview with Endpoints News.
