Genentech notches ‘steady progress’ on latest diversity and inclusion report card
Roche’s Genentech is keeping itself in check when it comes to diversity and inclusion, with its now third annual report published on its way to fulfilling commitments by 2025.
The good news? Genentech reached its highest level of Black and Hispanic representation among leadership to date, and it increased the size of its health equity in clinical trials and research work with three city sites were added for a total of seven, along with seven more therapeutic areas.
