A $280M life sci­ence fa­cil­i­ty is com­ing to Col­orado as it gains more in­ter­est from biotech de­vel­op­ers

While Boul­der, CO-area is a pop­u­lar spot for hik­ers and col­lege stu­dents, the area has al­so been in­creas­ing­ly at­tract­ing life sci­ence and biotech de­vel­op­ment spaces, and the lat­est project aims to build up the area’s grow­ing pedi­gree.

PMB, a health­care re­al es­tate de­vel­op­er, along with Mont­gomery Street Part­ners, has got­ten the go-ahead to con­struct a $280 mil­lion life sci­ences project in the town of Su­pe­ri­or, CO just to the south­east of Boul­der.
