Ahead of share­hold­er vote on SQZ as­set sale and liq­ui­da­tion, founder Ar­mon Sharei says he will vote yes

SQZ Biotech­nolo­gies share­hold­ers are set to meet in two weeks to vote on the board’s rec­om­men­da­tion that the com­pa­ny sell its as­sets to an old part­ner and dis­solve. Ar­mon Sharei, its co-founder and for­mer CEO, in­tends to vote yes.

Sharei — who left SQZ in late 2022 along with 60% of the staff as part of a strate­gic shift — de­clared his in­ten­tions in a LinkedIn post ad­dressed to SQZ share­hold­ers.
