Am­gen's Bob Brad­way takes slight salary dip amid high­er pay among US ex­ecs

Am­gen re­leased its ex­ec­u­tive com­pen­sa­tion num­bers late last week, and while the fil­ing trailed be­hind oth­er Big Phar­mas and biotech com­pa­nies such as Pfiz­er, Mod­er­na, J&J, Sanofi and Hori­zon, Bob Brad­way made more than many in 2022, pulling in just shy of $21.4 mil­lion.

Brad­way’s in­come dropped about $320,000 com­pared to 2021, due to a $298,000 drop from the non-eq­ui­ty in­cen­tive plan, and an $80,000 drop in oth­er com­pen­sa­tion.
