Phath­om Phar­ma­ceu­ti­cals to­day de­buted its first ef­fort for ero­sive esophagi­tis treat­ment Vo­quez­na with a splashy di­rect-to-con­sumer cam­paign in­clud­ing a tele­health op­tion.

The “Kick Some Acid” cam­paign us­es a cool blue, beefy su­per­hero-like char­ac­ter to un­der­score the pow­er of its new mech­a­nism of ac­tion pre­scrip­tion acid block­er. The oral drug’s web­site in­cludes a “con­nect to a tele­health provider” but­ton on its front page and an out­side link to Up­Script.
