Switzer­land has joined the move­ment to dis­pense with its long list of Covid re­stric­tions, drop­ping what had been one of the strictest set of rules in place glob­al­ly as fears of an Omi­cron ER crush steadi­ly dis­si­pate. And it looks like the cen­tral Eu­ro­pean na­tion is help­ing to blaze a trail be­ing fol­lowed by more and more US states and coun­tries around the world which are no longer fret­ting so much about the pass­ing tsuna­mi of new pan­dem­ic cas­es.
