Much of the hype in biopharma AI is built around changing the world of drug development. A new nonprofit thinks the right place to start is by building a better lab assistant.
San Francisco-based Future House launched earlier this month to create “AI scientists” that can search literature, run experiments, and crunch datasets.
“When you encounter something that you have to do, where you think, ‘Goddammit, there should really be an AI that can do this for me,’ you put it down,” Future House CEO Sam Rodriques told Endpoints News.
