Dana­her's takeover in­ter­est of Catal­ent may be on the back burn­er: re­port

Dana­her Life Sci­ences’ in­ter­est in con­tract man­u­fac­tur­er Catal­ent ap­pears to have fiz­zled for the mo­ment, ac­cord­ing to Bloomberg News.

The life sci­ences con­glom­er­ate has stopped its pur­suit of Catal­ent and is no long con­sid­er­ing a takeover, Bloomberg re­port­ed Mon­day af­ter­noon, cit­ing peo­ple fa­mil­iar with the mat­ter. It’s pos­si­ble that Dana­her could try and re­vive a deal con­ver­sa­tion lat­er, the pub­li­ca­tion said.
