Drug pro­mo po­lice slap Bausch Health with un­ti­tled let­ter over pso­ri­a­sis drug TV and dig­i­tal mar­ket­ing

Bausch Health is in trou­ble again with the FDA for mar­ket­ing its Duo­brii plaque pso­ri­a­sis cream. This time the OPDP’s un­ti­tled let­ter charges mul­ti­ple is­sues with a “mis­lead­ing” video and prob­lem­at­ic ef­fi­ca­cy claims on Duo­brii’s web­page. The video aired on Life­time TV’s “The Bal­anc­ing Act” talk show host­ed by TV host vet­er­an Mon­tel Williams and is still post­ed on the show’s web­site tagged with an Au­gust 2020 date.
