In­tel­li­health signed on its largest client last year when it be­gan pro­vid­ing weight loss care and pre­scrib­ing GLP-1s to em­ploy­ees from the state of Con­necti­cut. The idea was that pa­tients would first meet with clin­i­cians on­line for a per­son­al­ized man­age­ment plan be­fore get­ting a pre­scrip­tion if need­ed, sav­ing the em­ploy­er mon­ey from cost­ly GLP-1 drugs.
