Flag­ship poach­es an­oth­er phar­ma R&D leader as GSK's Lep­ore heads to Pro­Found

John Lep­ore, the for­mer right-hand man for Hal Bar­ron and Tony Wood at GSK, is de­part­ing the UK phar­ma gi­ant to lead a Flag­ship Pi­o­neer­ing start­up, join­ing the grow­ing list of in­dus­try vet­er­ans re­cruit­ed by the biotech in­cu­ba­tor.

He’ll be­come CEO of Flag­ship’s Pro­Found Ther­a­peu­tics on Oct. 16, tak­ing the place of Avak Kahve­jian, a Flag­ship gen­er­al part­ner who has helped launch Ring Ther­a­peu­tics, Cel­lar­i­ty, Laronde, Gen­er­ate:Bio­med­i­cines and oth­ers.
