Flash back: Astellas returns to the Super Bowl with menopause message
Astellas is returning to the most-watched US-based TV broadcast of the year, the Super Bowl, with another TV commercial about hot flashes. This time, though, it’s a 60-second brand ad for Veozah, its now-approved menopause medicine, with the promise of more “not flashes” for women experiencing menopause. It will run early in the game after the coin toss.
The Super Bowl commercial is the second creative TV spot in the “Fewer Hot Flashes, More Not Flashes” effort Astellas first launched in October. It uses the same “Good Feeling” music by Flo Rida as the current campaign and will feature some of the same actors. The commercial was developed by Astellas’ creative agency Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness, with media buying handled by Publicis Health Media.
