Fu­ji­film breaks ground on mas­sive NC site, open­ing the path to be­come a man­u­fac­tur­ing pow­er­house

Since the 1950s, North Car­oli­na has been an im­por­tant home base for many com­pa­nies in the life sci­ences and biotech busi­ness­es. But in the past year, Gov. Roy Coop­er’s ad­min­is­tra­tion has pushed to wel­come even more com­pa­nies to the area, and help those who al­ready call the state home ex­pand.

Fu­ji­film Diosynth is one of the lat­est to ex­pand in the re­gion, as the com­pa­ny held a ground­break­ing cer­e­mo­ny at its new Hol­ly Springs site last week.
