Fujifilm Diosynth breaks ground on $300M expansion project in Texas
As Fujifilm Diosynth continues its expansion drive in Europe, the company is also moving ahead with a major expansion project in the Lone Star State, lifting the lid on the price tag and size of the project.
The company broke ground on a $300 million, 138,000-square-foot expansion at Fujifilm’s GMP manufacturing facility in College Station, TX. The project is also supported by a $1.5 million award given by the Texas Enterprise Fund, an initiative from the state of Texas which gives out grants to companies considering a new project for which Texas is competing with other sites out of the state.
