Hamas strikes could impact some biopharma operations in Israel
Several biotechs and pharma companies have issued statements clarifying the impact of Saturday’s attacks in Israel on their workers and operations.
Some of the first strikes by land, sea and air hit Tel Aviv and the outskirts of the capital city of Jerusalem. That same afternoon, the militant group known as Hamas had launched at least 2,200 rockets, according to the New York Times. Israel has since declared war on Hamas, and death tolls are rising on both sides.
