The drama continues yet again with medtech Cutera, as the former CEO and executive chair are suing the company to try and get certain board directors removed.

David Mowry and Daniel Plants sued five members of the company’s board of directors — who they called “entrenched” — in the Delaware Court of Chancery, the pair said Wednesday afternoon after news of their firing emerged from Cutera, a provider of aesthetic and dermatology equipment.
