
Introducing the new Endpoints profile experience
We’ve got some exciting upgrades coming to the Endpoints platform this year. Today, we’re launching the first step — a new profile experience — which will serve as a single place to access and manage your account for all Endpoints services. Our goal is to provide you with smoother experience when you manage your user information, newsletter preferences and subscriptions.
Let’s dive into the changes:
Creating your account
First, we have a two-step account creation process:
1. Reader information
The first screen collects your essential details including your email address, full name, company name, job title, and password. This streamlined process makes getting started with Endpoints News quick and straightforward. Once you’ve completed this step, your account is created and you’ll move directly to newsletter selection.
2. Newsletter selection
On this screen, you’ll see a comprehensive list of all our newsletter offerings. For each title, we provide a detailed description of its content and publication schedule. You can also view sample issues of each newsletter to help you decide which ones best match your interests. Simply select the newsletters you wish to receive, and we’ll deliver them according to your preferences.
Managing your profile
Now let’s look closer at the profile itself. Here we have four tabs:
Personal
The Personal tab allows you to manage your professional information, including your full name, company, job title, industry, and job function. You can also specify your country and add your website, LinkedIn, and Twitter profiles. All these details can be updated at any time to keep your profile current.
Delivery
In the Delivery tab, you can manage your contact information and newsletter subscriptions. Here you can update your primary email address and add a phone number for SMS/text delivery of newsletters. You’ll find a comprehensive list of all our newsletter offerings with detailed descriptions and scheduling information, making it easy to customize exactly which content you receive and how you receive it.
Security
The Security tab helps you manage your account access settings. Here you can change your password and enable two-factor authentication for added protection. You’ll also find a complete list of all active sessions across your devices, with the option to terminate individual sessions or log out from all devices at once – giving you full control over account access.
Subscriptions
The Subscriptions tab displays all subscriptions associated with your account, both active and previous. Here you can manage your current premium subscriptions, including viewing details and controlling renewal settings. Your subscription history is also available for reference, giving you a complete picture of your relationship with Endpoints.
Logging in
We’ve made some adjustments to our login process as well. You can access your account in a few ways:
- If you have a password set up, simply enter your email and password here to log in.
- If you haven’t created a password yet, you can use the “Log in via link” option, which sends a secure access link to your email address.
If you ever forget your password, you can easily reset it from our reset password page.
