
J&J advances ‘Positively Fearless’ HIV campaign, debuting website and newest ambassador
Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen ambassadors living with HIV are the “Positively Fearless” campaign advocates the company hopes will lead the way for others.
It recently added a sixth spokesperson — and the first transgender ambassador — to the unbranded HIV awareness campaign running since 2020. Other additions to the campaign include a new website launched at the end of May and national advertising in USA Today’s first-ever “Pride” special edition earlier this month.
