J&J ad­vances ‘Pos­i­tive­ly Fear­less’ HIV cam­paign, de­but­ing web­site and newest am­bas­sador

John­son & John­son’s Janssen am­bas­sadors liv­ing with HIV are the “Pos­i­tive­ly Fear­less” cam­paign ad­vo­cates the com­pa­ny hopes will lead the way for oth­ers.

It re­cent­ly added a sixth spokesper­son — and the first trans­gen­der am­bas­sador — to the un­brand­ed HIV aware­ness cam­paign run­ning since 2020. Oth­er ad­di­tions to the cam­paign in­clude a new web­site launched at the end of May and na­tion­al ad­ver­tis­ing in USA To­day’s first-ever “Pride” spe­cial edi­tion ear­li­er this month.
