Paul Hud­son is 'open-mind­ed' to M&A as he plots Sanofi's trans­for­ma­tion: #JPM24

SAN FRAN­CIS­CO — Sanofi CEO Paul Hud­son re­it­er­at­ed his am­bi­tions for the “new” Sanofi, in­clud­ing busi­ness de­vel­op­ment plans ahead of what some ex­perts pre­dict will be a busy year for M&A in the bio­phar­ma sec­tor.

Hud­son said Tues­day dur­ing an in­vestor pre­sen­ta­tion at the JP Mor­gan Health­care Con­fer­ence that he’s open-mind­ed about M&A, though he not­ed it will take “game-chang­ing sci­ence” for the com­pa­ny to act.
