Susan Faust, who was a postdoctoral researcher in Wilson’s gene therapy program from 2010 to early 2013, and her biotech NxGEN Vector Solutions said that Wilson and UPenn “concealed” licensing agreements for her patents, including a 2016 deal with Biogen worth up to $2 billion. She was the only uncompensated inventor in that deal, the lawsuit said.
