SPAC eu­reK­ING ac­quires an­oth­er man­u­fac­tur­er

A French SPAC cen­tered on man­u­fac­tur­ing and a biotech are push­ing in­to a new CD­MO ven­ture.

PPF Biotech, the biotech di­vi­sion of the PPF group that de­vel­ops and pro­duces im­munother­a­pies, has agreed to sell SCT­bio, a cell ther­a­py CD­MO, to the French SPAC eu­reK­ING. PPF Biotech and eu­reK­ING will en­ter in­to a joint ini­tia­tive to build a new CD­MO that’s list­ed on the Paris-based Eu­ronext stock ex­change.
