In­smed and In­cyte are the hap­pi­est places for sci­en­tists to work in phar­ma and biotech, ac­cord­ing to the jour­nal Sci­ence. Fol­low­ing them were Al­ny­lam Phar­ma­ceu­ti­cals, Re­gen­eron and Syn­gen­ta Group, round­ing out the top five in the 2023 rank­ing pub­lished last week.

The an­nu­al poll, now more than 20 years old, in­vites thou­sands of sci­ence read­ers and oth­ers to an­swer ques­tions about the best in­dus­try em­ploy­ers in the US. This year, about 6,800 par­tic­i­pat­ed in the spring poll.
