Bris­tol My­ers Squibb filed with the SEC re­cent­ly, and now we know ex­act­ly how much the Big Phar­ma chief got in his pay­checks last year.

Amid the com­pa­ny fac­ing patent loss­es next year, es­pe­cial­ly for megablock­buster Revlim­id, Gio­van­ni Caforio end­ed up at a slight drop at $19.7 mil­lion, com­pared with his in­come of just over $20 mil­lion in 2020. How­ev­er, Caforio is still up com­pared with his 2019 salary of $18.7 mil­lion.
