More than Covid: Mod­er­na up­dates its look, preps cor­po­rate cam­paign as it builds broad­er mR­NA tech­nol­o­gy brand

A mov­ing mR­NA strand and a mod­ern “m” icon are sig­nal­ing a new Mod­er­na brand. But it’s more than just a re­vamped vi­su­al iden­ti­ty for the mR­NA com­pa­ny.

Mod­er­na is on a mis­sion to move be­yond its rep­u­ta­tion as a Covid vac­cine com­pa­ny and con­vince con­sumers, health pro­fes­sion­als and oth­er stake­hold­ers to think of it as an mR­NA tech­nol­o­gy plat­form. One that wants to change the fu­ture of med­i­cine and drug de­vel­op­ment with an mR­NA op­er­at­ing sys­tem that can be mod­i­fied by switch­ing out pro­tein tar­gets to pre­vent and treat a wide range of dis­eases.
