
Novartis joins the film festival circuit with documentary series on misunderstood skin disease
Novartis is taking an often hidden, painful skin disease to the big screen today, debuting a docuseries about hidradenitis suppurativa and people living with it at the Tribeca Film Festival.
Called “The Beacons: Illuminating HS Stories,” the true story series aims to shine a light on the misunderstood condition that causes painful lumps under the skin, most commonly in the underarm, groin and breast areas.
