Outcome Health executives convicted in $1B pharma advertising and investing fraud scheme
The six-year saga of former Outcome Health executives accused of $1 billion in fraud ended in federal court in Chicago on Tuesday, with all three convicted.
Co-founders Rishi Shah and Shradha Agarwal were found guilty on 19 and 15 counts, respectively, while former chief operating officer Brad Purdy was charged on 13 counts. The three were charged with multiple counts of mail, wire and bank fraud, while Shah’s conviction included two counts of money laundering.
