As the CEO of Pfizer, Albert Bourla bet big on a new mRNA vaccine from BioNTech for Covid-19. And he won big, reaping a mother lode of cash that has fueled a new round of buyouts.
Now he can find out first-hand just how effective it is in blunting the impact of the virus, which has killed more than a million people in the US.
Monday morning bright and early, Pfizer put out a statement saying that Bourla had tested positive for Covid-19. And so far, so good in the CEO’s personal n=1 study from the C-suite. Notes Bourla:
