Pfizer settles trade secrets case with company founded by ex-employees
After Pfizer sued a biotech founded by its former employees and accused them of misappropriating trade secrets and breaching contract last year, the companies have now settled.
Attorneys for the two companies filed a two-page document in U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut on Wednesday, saying the companies had agreed on a settlement. If the court signs off, both Pfizer and Regor Therapeutics will dismiss their claims against each other, and pay their own costs and legal fees. The terms of the settlement were not disclosed.
