After Pfizer sued a biotech founded by its former employees and accused them of misappropriating trade secrets and breaching contract last year, the companies have now settled.

Attorneys for the two companies filed a two-page document in U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut on Wednesday, saying the companies had agreed on a settlement.
